In Discovery it appears the only way to flag a customer as 'inactive' is one customer at a time. Very tedious when you want to clear up 6 years of old customers at once.
Is there a way to tick and flag customers as inactive in bulk?
You can edit the arcus file directly. use the odbc driver that comes with SM and change the records, or you could import from the AR customer screen, file export, all records in an xls or csv and change the field in excel and the import the changed file.
