I had a drive go bad in my raid array on my Compaq Proliant ml530 and I swapped in a new drive. After swapping in a new drive I let it rebuild and tried a reboot. After rebooting it makes it half-way thru the windows 2000 server boot screen and then blue screens with this error:
STOP: 0X0000007B (0X85DB3CB0, 0XC0000032,0X0000000,0X00000000)
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

HELP!!!!

You may have to upgrade the firmware on the drive. This would indicate that your replacement drive is not the same as the faulty drive.
