Product: Outlook XP
OS: Windows 2000
I'm having an odd issue with one of my folks I support - when they open the Move to Folder dialogue one of their folders is available (presumably due to having moved a message there before). However, the folder does not show up anywhere in any of their Outlook data files or their Exchange Mailbox.. I've checked in all of their local .pst files .. in their Exchange Mailbox.. and even in the Public folders with no luck.. any ideas? The folder obviously exists and is accessible to them for creating items, as they are able to move items to it, but once they've moved an item there they can no longer access that message since they can't see the folder... the user in question keeps all of his folders in a .pst file rather than on the Exchange Mailbox...
Any help would be greatly appreciated
