Inability to Scroll on Index Page

Thank you in advance for your input.

I created the index page and other pages for my website and then successfully published them. Only one problem - my index page didn't fully publish.

If I go to view my published index page on the web, it is cut off at about 2/3 down the page and there is no scroll bar to scroll down at all. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Are you using any CSS to control the overflow?
