IN VFP9 EXE FLICKER (BLINKING)

AFTER CREATING EXE IN VFP9,
WHEN I INSTALL ON MY CLIENTS COMPUTER
ITS DOING FLICKER (BLINKING)
WHILE PRESS ANY KEY LIKE ENTER,SPACE ETC IN SOME FORMS

SOLUTION PLEASE?

Have you run the .exe on your dev machine as an .exe?
Do you get the same behaviour there?
