We are using Eudora 6.1 here. One of my users has had various problems that I have not found solutions for yet.
1) There is a ? appearing in the status column next to some email messages, where the check mark or blue dot usually reside.
2) He said that the messages that are appearing with the ? next to them are messages that he has placed in the trash mailbox, but some how automatically came back to his in box with a ? next to it.
3)The last thing involves his Address Book. Somehow the text file that the address book is stored in got jumbled up and corrupted his address book (moving information around to various incorrect places etc).
If anyone has any input involving any of these issues it would be greatly appreciated.
