When you went to voicemail on the Startalk, was there a "copy" statement on the M series screen that allowed you to press the grey button below and punch in the extension you wanted to forward a copy. I have never seen that in 4.2 onward and certainly not BCM.

Just would like some reassurance that it was once an option that was dropped...

Before going to BCM 200 client insists it was there...it may have well been.

Not on Startalk voice mail. In the call pilot when using browser there is an option to create multiple mailbobxes.

It's not about creating multiple mailboxes.

As you know when you go to voicemail (F981) you may hear a new message you want to forward the message...you press 5 and follow the prompts to send the message to another extensions mailbox.

Asking if in an older version of Nortel MICS was there a "copy" message on the screen that you used instead of "5"?

It was in the Norstar Voice Mail. I do not know what version but have an old "feature codes and mailbox options" sheet that shows pressing 5 while 'Playing Messages' as Forward Copy. I do believe the soft key just said copy.
