in SERIOUS need of HELP with MS Outlook and Exchange Server 1

I am having problems with outlook at one of the computers here where I work and I was wondering if I could get some help. every time I try to run outlook from this one lap top this error message comes up

" Microsoft exchange address book was unable to log onto the Microsoft exchange server computer"

this is a windows 2000 environment. it does not happen when I log on with the user name at another computer only at the laptop.


if anyone can help me with this problem it would be greatly appreciated

I have seen this problem occur running Outlook2000 on a Windows 2000 Pro machine. Unistalling and reinstalling TCP/IP should correct it. At least it worked for me. Let me know if this corrects the problem.
