Hello,
I'm in need of a Netscreen NS-10 Screen OS 2.61 or higher. I purchased a unit at auction but am unable to reset the password without upgrading to a more recent OS. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

give netscreen support a call. I have seen them give out the required code before to unlock the box.
