In place upgrade 3.3-3.6, advice please

I have a server running tinydns and qmail on OpenBSD 3.3, I want to upgrade to 3.6 and have the CD. Can this be done as an in-place upgrade - the support site only seems to describe version by version upgrade paths and not a 'leap' of three versions?

Any ideas/advice

Can anyone provide any suggestions here please or should I just do a ghost image of the server, upgrade and see what happens....guess I can always ghost back to where I was....
