On each page of Microsoft CRM there is an icon allowing you to download to Excel. While this is nice for a Manager who wants instantaneous reporting capabilities on Activities and Opportunities, if a disgruntled employee wanted to leave the company he could take the farm with him on the click of a button. There should exist the capability to de-activate this button. Does anyone know how?
