Ok,

I have an 0x32 with 4.1 That when it boots up it says it's in maintenance. I am assuming it is because it no longer has the original cards in it. I do not have access to the original configuration on the KSU.

Since the KSU boots in maintenance, no passwords will work. "startup" or "config"

Do any of you folks no of a way to get this cabinet back to default.

If you can put the cards back in then do a START UP and while the display reads APPLYING TEMPLATE remove power. Then you can take the cards out and you should be able to come as normal.

Just select cold restart on set 221. It'll eventually revert back once you press cold reset.

I had this problem the other day, bad KSU.
Had to replace.

I would be leaning towards hardware change not done properly.
