Inmail 9100 I have a custoner with access to PC PRO so they think they can program . someowhere in their creative arts they somehow disabled the logoon feature to access your own mailbox from #and extension number . # on all dial action tables is set to Logon #IXXX and all exts are 3 digit . in theory this should work but it does not work when calling in through a trunk only . trying from mailbox to mailbox or pilot on system work done. Any ideas
 
Newer software requires a password in the mailbox. The error message you get is "that mailbox does not exist". Is that what you are hearing? Also, test from something other than an iphone. They have known DTMF issues.
