I have a customer with an IPK2 and In Mail on board.
It all worked ok for about a year and a half, but all of a sudden the voice mail stopped answering. if vm ext is pressed, the display shows in mail prompts on soft keys but they do nothing. tried changing it to DIL to in mail ext but after in mail answers, dead air. tried several resets and pgm changes but to no avail. is this a common problem easily fixed or is it fried?
