In line pictures in Outlook 2003?

We are upgarding several people from OE to Outlook 2003 and switching to IMAP server.

The biggest complaint by far is that OE would view attached .jpgs inline. Is there a setting, add-in or registry edit that would allow Outlook 2003 to do the same without having to open each picture individually?

The sender has to be using Word as the email editor. Then you can attach pictures "inline".

After further searching it appears there is VBA code available as well as add-ins that can be purchased that permit inline picture viewing. One example of each below:
