In IPOCC User interface Error

In IPOCC User interface, I am getting below error. In Trace logs it says 'there is no terminal'

Attached is the error message. But I have registered Phone.

"Unexpected error has occurred, Please Try again. If problem persists restart user interface or inform Administrator.For Detailed Information refer to Trace log"


Can anyone help on this. I am using IPOCC version 10
