In game problem

When I connect to internet before I start the game, the game doest work good:
1. I have to wait long time until game loads
2. Again I have to wait long time before the mission loads
3....
Please help!

P.S. It happens in all games i have Wolfenstein, OPF...

this is most likely because of the modems horrible connection rate and it's tendency to lose contact with the server for long periods of time
