In Excel, we have a spreadsheet set up to print. We would like to rotate it 90 degrees. Is this possible to do. We have checked all the print commands. We are printing to a plotter and would like to rotate the document to print lengthwise. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have yoy tried just printing it landscape? Under the print options you should be able to switch from portriat (up and down) to landscape (lengthwise).

Select area to print
Edit>Copy
Select A1 on a new blank worksheet
Edit>Paste Special>Values>Tick Transpose

Thats all I can think of right now Rgds

Depending on the make & model, you may be able to do this within the plotter controls.
