The server cpnfiguration of personal directoris is ok programed in SS
As you can reset the service

If it has ever worked, and you have recently begun to get this message, I would try rebooting the signaling server to see if a fresh boot helps.

You have used the ELAN of the dedicated server not the TLAN?

Yes i have de ELAN in the server

I rebooting de S. Server and work ok
