I have a form which is bounded to a table and a few queries. On the form, I have 4 to 5 Text Boxes that have different values. I am trying to have an additional Text Box that will give me the sum of all the values in the other Text Boxes (for example – 10+15+21+15=61). Furthermore, I am trying to have another Text Box that will give the multiplication of two other Text Boxes (for example 5*4=20). Thank you for your help

Hi,

Add the control box, in the properties for the control click on the ... to the right of the control source. This will bring up the expression builder.

In this just do your sum, e.g.

=[Name of 1st box]+[Name of 2nd box]+[Name of 3rd box]+[Name of 4th box]etc.

This should then do the sum, there are alos functions in there you can use like IIF, Sum, Count

Hope this gives a few pointers
