IMSEXT.Dll INSTALLED, but mail forwarding fails. HELP!

I installed the IMSEXT to add the disclaimer at the bottom of emails.

Now if I have mail forwarding setup for an alternate recipient of a mailbox, it will not work from the outside.

The mail forwarding works if the email is sent from the local network though.


HELP!
