IMS With OUTLOOK 2003

I had a problem getting the client to work with Outlook 2003 earlier this year. Called TS. They said it "should" work but as it's not listed in the docs it's not supported. I got one working with some tweaking of the registry (doing a side by side comparison with a computer running Outlook 2000) but when I applied the same procedure to another computer running Outlook 2003 it didn't work, same for the one after that. Inconsistent. I told the customer it was incompatible and moved on.

VMPro 2.1.10 allows compatibility w/ Exchange 2003.
However, I've never found a setup guide.
