MY
I have just install IMS on by Exchange server.
After intalling, there was mail queues under "Outbound messages awaiting delivery".
Tried "retry now" but still unable to release the mail.

How do I release this email from the queues?

You'll almost always have messages in the Outbound messages awaiting delivery queue. This occurs for a few reasons, such as a message delivery failure on the other end.

Most times, these messages are nothing to worry about, unless your users start complaining their messages aren't getting through.

Hope this helps!

Hi VOS,
I know that IMS will queue msg that are unreachable to external host.
But when I send to my own personal hotmail account, it also gets queued up at "Outbound messages awaiting delivery".
Very sure this email has a valid address (from details-Host unreachable).

Anyway of releasing these emails with valid host?

Thanks.
