IMS Not Embedding VM

Hi All,

I'm using IMS to send VM's to Exchange e-mail accounts. It works fine, except that when the VM alert message shows up in Outlook, it does not have the embedded VM. I can receive the attached .wav file, though, if I set it to that.

Any ideas?

goto Start>All Programs>IP Office>IMS Administration on the server where IMS is installed, on the left hand side of the split window you will find two menu subsections, one of these (can't rememeber as not in front of it now) will have a section where you can set the voicemails to be sent embedded V attached. Whith this done you will need to install the IMS client on each of the client PC's, this ships with the IMS install if you have a dig
