IMS export Message Filters

In Exchange Administrator, Under the Connections tab, inside message filtering.
There is a list of Domain and email addresses that I don't want delivering into our Exchange.
Boss wants to know what I have blocked, but i can't seem to find a way to export it.
Any help is greatly appriciated.
