Using IP Office 5
Desktops have XP Pro using IMS Client you install from VoiceMail Pro 4.0.07
Exchange Server 2003
So everything works as far as getting the voicemails within Outlook, but when you first open Outlook it scans all the folders within your Outlook and at this point it will say it's lost connection to the Exchange Server, then finally gets done scanning so you can get into your Outlook. If you don't turn on Integrated Messaging Outlook comes up fast like normal.
The other issue with IMS that we have is that if you don't have admin rights on your desktop you can't play the voicemails through the speakers. It only lets you do the playback through the 5610 ip phones.
I read somewhere that using file attachments can slow the system down so I left everything at the default which is the compressed embedded format.
Any suggestions for these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
