I have IMS set up to integrate with a 2000 exchange server. The system is operating correctly, however there are a few users who i cannot get to receive the VM in the Email. Outlook launches like normal. I see the IMS client scan for MSGS at launch. The IMS Tab in Tools says Disconnect. I can do so and connect again, same thing. I defaulted the DCOM settings and default security settings. The only thing i can find that differs is the users have exchange accounts that dont match the logon name in the NT Account field, in IMS or the exchange active directory.
