IMS and 3.0?

We have two ipo 403. All upgraded to 3.0 also voice mail to 3.0. We were running vpnm to receive VM to e-mail. Well now we upgraded license to IMS. We have it installed on our VM pro server. Now we are not getting voice mail to the clients. We installed ims client on 1 machine its scanning e-mail when booting outlook. The problem is the e-mails are not getting sent to inbox/e-mail any more.

I have a 406v2 running version 3.0(40) with IMS (but we are only attaching the voicemail and not embedding it) and we have no problems, outlook is installed on the server and everything ticks along. Are all the IMS services starting?, anything in the event viewer? it may be that you have to do a dcomcnfg to fix the issue, otherwise, have you restarted the server?

I'm adding the wav as an attachment not embedding either. We have 3 exchange servers all Im services running on one server NOT exchange server. During the installation
I pointed to our internal exchange server (not front end).

is it using an account that has domain admin rights?

Yes its the IP_OFFICE account we have set up we use this account for vpnm voice mail to e-mail right now. DO we have to disable vpnm for tis to work? Also we are running manager voice mail pro and all ims services on one machine is that ok? If vpnm works i figured this ims would be a breeze.
