How can i report on a dynamic field, then "save" the value and report the new value the next day?

EG. The field is overwritten daily, with no history. I want to get today's value, then tomorrow, then the next day and so on. The objective is to create a line chart measuring this value over a set period of time.

You could try saving the imr's as hotfiles. These can then be used in a new catalog as data sources.
