Hi,

I need to export an Impromptu report to ASCCI (CSV) but need to have number fields pad with "0"...

When exported, the CSV file have "0" truncated".

Any clue how can I keep zeros with CSV exports ?

Thanks !

Stephane,
If you open the saved .csv file in "notepad", are the leading zeroes present? I found that if an impromptu report that uses the "number-to-string padded" function is saved as a .csv file, the padding is retained. But if it is opened in Excel, it (Excel) treats the field as a number; stripping the leading zeroes off and displaying it as a numeral.

Thanks a lot...
