What can I do to improve the performance of the Citrix server, especially for dial-up users? Are there Citrix/TerminalServ things I can do to make the server respond better? Some users complain that the Citrix server has a "lag" time. (i.e. They move their mouse and the arrow moves after a slight delay) Thanks....

That depends on which version of terminal server you are running, which hotfixes, etc.

Enabling the bitmap cache may help, although in some cases I've seen an improvement by having this disabled. This is particularly true when running Internet Explorer.

You could consider using NFuse to publish your applications over the web, if your ISP allows it.

With FR1.9 (aka Service Pack 2), you can set latency options, using the latest client.
