Hello.

Is there an easy way to tell which database a particular catalog is using??

Ta much.

MadJim,

The Impromptu Insert Object menu allows you to insert a database name. This name is the logical database name, as defined within Impromtpu. SQL Server, if I remember correctly, adds a database-specific function that returns the true physical database name. Oracle does not. I do not know about other RDBMS platforms.

Hope this helps,
