Impromptu Web Report

Hi all,

I have developed IWR reports on Upfront through Cognos Series 7 with one server named A.
I haved installed Cognos Series 7 in another server named B and I have transfered IWR reports.
The following command had been processed :
"cd c:\program files\cognos\cer3\bin
dsload -fn FILE.xml -un "Administrateur" -pw "" -db "c:\program files\cognos\cer3\iwr\database\iwr71.db" -v all -l c:\migration\iwr_import.log
pause".
When I try to access an Impromptu Web Report, I have the following error message :
"A Configuration error has occured. Contact the reports' administrator. Any corresponding profile has been found for the selected users' class to execute the report. Select a corresponding users' class before executing the report".

Are your two servers using the same directory server in Access Manager? Your error message suggests that the appropriate userclasses don't exist on the new server.
