Impromptu Report taking long time when running from IWR

When I run my report from my Impromptu Application, it runs very fast and when I run the same report from the web(IWR), it is taking long time for the same set of input values. Is there any other setting that I should make while configuring IWR. Please let me know if anybody is aware of this.
