Impromptu report shortcut in Windows start menu

Using Impromptu 7.0 MR2 on windows 2000 I face the following issue:

Creating a report and save it as imr. Open the report by double clicking it in explorer wordks fine. Open the report by adding a shortcut to the windows desktop and double clicking works fine. Adding this shortcut to the windows start menu and open it from there is causing a termination of Impromptu. It is not an issue caused by the report or catalog, the GO outdoor default sample setting faces the same issue. Windows is not modificated niether is Impromptu.

Anyone the same expierience?
Any ideas whats causing this?
Any workarounds?

I would suggest that you use Windows sheduler. There is an option to shedule an application or program to begin at start up. :->

The shortcuts are in the start menu so the users easily can call their reports, not to run at startup.
