We have a number of PC's running Impromptu from a shared catalogue, For soem reason when we run date based reports on one of the PC's it will not find any data beyond 11/07/2003, if you run the same report on the other PC's they find data upto today.

Any one have any bright ideas ??

Does the report use a prompt for anything?
What (if any) is the filter on the date field?

Not that this will help much, but it will be useful to Cognos when you send it to them to investigate.

Can you check the system clock of the machine which is giving a problem ? Does it show any different system date than the ones which are running fine ?

Are you filtering your data based on the system date ?

There are no filters at all in the report, and the system clock is fine, its the same date, time and format as all the other machines.

Any more ideas. ????

Since it seems isolated to a single PC I would check the following:

1) Any impromptu.ini settings on that PC which may be limiting query size.
2) You local (on that PC) database connections/definitions to see if any of those limit query size.

Good luck.
