Impromptu Report 7.1 Row with all zeroes not printing 1

Please help don't know what I did. The account has no data at this time but the users wants all accounts to print. This account is missing from the report. Report skips the account.

I'm assuming your data structure is as follows:
Table A contains Account Info
Table B contains transactions relating to Accounts on Table A.

Set an outer join from Table A to Table B.
Now a report with Account info from Table A and transactions from Table B will contain all Accounts from Table A.

Pain is stress leaving the body.
