Impromptu Format Question

I have an Impromptu report with multiple frames including text, list and form. I would like the frames to slide together based on the amount of data (or lack thereof) in the frame. For example, if the list frame has five lines, I would like the following text frame to slide up and cover blank space that may exist. Is that possible?
