Impromptu fails to open after installing IWR

Hi,

I have a problem with impromptu. I installed Impromptu and later I installed IWR. After installation (started the services using config manager) of IWR, when I try to start Impromptu administrator, its not opening. But in the processes list impadm.exe is running.

I am using windows xp professional with sp2. Any suggestions, please.....
