Impromptu - Disabling a prompt

I have a Prompt page with 4 prompts, Begin Date, End Date, Employee, Employee Dept. If a user enters an emp no i WANT TO disable the Emp Dept Prompt. Is there a way to achieve this in Impromptu.

Did you try using 'OR' in the filter of the prompt?
I don't know if this works, but that would be my first try.
