Impromptu: Corruption encountered. Save aborted.

I recently just applied a template to a report and saved it successfully. Yet, now when I open it and try to save, even when I have made no changes to the report, I get this error message. There is no corruption in the report; it works fine. Is there any way to fix this?

Same thing happened to me before. I left the report sitting idling by for a long time since I'm in a meeting by the time I got back and tried to save it I got the same error. I tried using Save As but the same error resulted. Is this a Windows XP issue?
