Impromptu and Transaction Logging

Hi,

I have a catalog created from an Informix database. Everything is fine until the transaction logging is turned off on the database and then I can no longer connect to the database as it gives me 'Isolation level errors'. Is there a way to connect to the database and run reports with the transaction logging off?

The only solution I have is to turn the transaction logging back on and everything is ok again. Does anyone have any solution to this problem?
