Impromptu and IWR

Hi,
I am trying to install Cognos Series 7.3 on a Windows 2000 Server. Everything works fine until I install IWR. As soon as I install IWR, Impromptu stops to repond and does not start-up. When I uninstall IWR and reinstall impromptu, then Impromptu starts to respond again. I would like Impromptu and IWR to co-exist on the same server. Does anyone know why this is happening and what is the solution?
I would appreciate any help.

Maybe the version of Impromptu is not being configured in line with the IWR version. Check out all of your configurations in configuration manager. Be sure of the version recommendations.
