Problem Description
Error
Runtime Error '429'
ActiveX can't create object.
when trying to start Scheduler for the first time after installing Impromptu 5.0.
Solution Description
If there is more than one version of Impromptu on the system, it may be that new version of
Scheduler isn't properly registered.
Run a Custom installation of Impromptu 5.0 and reinstall the Scheduler component. Reboot the PC
and try launching Scheduler again.
