impossible to log to as 11.1 for netware from windows

ArcServe 11.1 work good on netware server 6.5, but i cant connect from web manager
bad user name
or
as not running
or
good name server
or
ip in host files.
bur everything is good!
was on netware 6 with as 9, everything was ok.

Can u help me
