Impossible to do an external attended transfert

I have a problem with my IP OFFICE 406V2, before I arrived to make the transfer attended toward an outside number, now it doesn't work more, I wonder how to remedy that? is that a known bug? if someone can help me
here is my configuration:
IP OFFICE 406V2
UC version: 4.0(7)
Version Manager 6.0(07)
Voicemail version Pro 4.0 (18)

When did it stop working? I assume it was working at some point?

What type of trunks? Analog? PRI (Digital), SIP?

If analog, you need to make sure on each analog line you have "allow analoge to analogue trunk to trunk connect" checked off.
