impossible to add the SHELL32 active X

I can't add the activeX control SHELL32 (error message : can't add this activeX, use another application).

A friend of mine have the dll shell32 link to the activeX control Microsoft Shell Folder View Router.

As for the addition of the activeX control shell32, i can't delete this one (same message).

Does anybody know where it comes from or what i can do ?
