Impossible to access Micros 3700 applications after changing database user password

I've changed the password of the 'micros' user in the MICROS Database Manager, after that all the application clients could not access the Autosequence (error message: [Sybase][ODBC Driver][SQL Anywhere]Invalid user ID or password Alias:micros).

I've tried the install the application in other PC but always the same problem.

How this problem can be solved? is it related to the encryption keys?

During the installation of Micros, the admin (micros) user password was entered. You will need to change the password back or update configuration files with the new password. I do not know how this is done on the 3700 system, however, I do for the 9700. There's a process for this but it is for the 9700 system, so I do not know if it would work with 3700.
