Impossible de bloc external transfer/forward BCM200 4.0.2.03

Hi,
Any one has an Idea about this problem:I have a BCM200 and can't stop external transfer/forward for extensions even with alow redirect unchecked!!
have BRI lines and I have no where to uncheck trunk to trunk capability...
No Mail box for the extension...

If memory serves me right I do not believe that you can restrict the phones from transferring externally.
Allow redirect feature is to allow the phones the capability to redirect slash forward their lines that appear on their phones or intercom buttons
