Importing Xcel spreadsheet to a database...

How do i import excel spreadsheet into the ms access database? i want to get the column names and values in the spreadsheet to be displayed in a dbgrid after i import it...
How can i do that..?

and

is it possible to import tab/comma-delimited file to a dbgrid? if so how do i do that too..?
